Merseyside Police are appealing for information following a robbery in Hunt’s Cross, Liverpool on Monday 2 August.
At around 9.35pm it was reported that a grey Ford Focus was stolen on Barford Road.
It was reported that two unknown male offenders threatened a male victim with a hammer and pushed him into the boot of his vehicle. They are then reported to have dragged him out of the boot, stolen the car keys and taken the vehicle.
One offender was reported to have driven the Ford Focus in the direction of Speke Hall.
The second offender was reported to have left the scene in a white Vauxhall Astra, driving in the direction of Hunt’s Cross.
No injuries were reported but the victim was left extremely shaken by the incident.
Both offenders were wearing balaclavas and had their hoods up at the time of the incident. They are described as white males in their 20s and spoke with Merseyside accents.
