Man dies following shooting

A murder investigation is underway following a shooting in Kentish Town.

Police were called by the London Ambulance Service shortly before midnight on Sunday, 8 September to reports of a shooting on Malden Road, NW5.

Officers, including firearms officers, and London’s Air Ambulance attended. A man, believed to be aged in his 20s, was found suffering a gunshot injury and was pronounced dead at the scene at 00:10am on Monday (9 September).

Anyone with information is asked to call police via 101 quoting reference Cad 8502/08Sep.
