Police investigating the disappearance of Karl Carroll have released CCTV images of his last known movements.
They show Karl at the Bradford Royal Infirmary at around 8.15pm on Wednesday, 31 July, just hours before he was reported missing.
He was discharged from hospital later that evening and has not been seen since.
Karl, who is 30 and from Baildon, is described as having lightly tanned skin and a chipped front tooth.
Detective Inspector Claire Smith, of Bradford District CID, said: “Karl has now not been seen for over a month, so we are concerned about his welfare and would urge him to get in touch so we can check he is okay.
“We are issuing these images in the hope that someone may recognise him as his appearance has changed since we issued our first appeal for information.
“He appears to have some bags with him in this footage and we suspect they may contain his belongings, so it is possible he will be sleeping rough.”
Officers are continuing enquiries to locate Karl and anyone with information is asked to contact Bradford District CID on 101 or by using the reporting options on the West Yorkshire Police website. The log reference is 1860 of 31 July.
