A murder investigation has been launched in Islington after a man in his twenties was fatally stabbed.
Police were called at 9:27pm on Tuesday (18 September) to reports of a male stabbed on Corinne Road, N19.
Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended. A man aged 25 was found suffering from a stab wound. Officers immediately provided first aid.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:07pm.
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are investigating. There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
Extra police will be in the area and a number of enquiries including the recovery of local CCTV footage, forensic analysis and appeals for information from the public are ongoing.
